I was pleasantly surprised by our stay at this Hampton Inn! From Billy checking us in, to Chris at check out, it was fantastic! However, it was Shantana that made our stay fantastic! She’s a joy and such a sweet lady! She gave us great recommendations and even better conversation. Whoever does the hiring at this location, bravo! We were all discussing how impressed we were with the staff on the drive home. You all truly made our stay even better. Much love from TN!

Nice location clean friendly staff

Amazing stay! Beds were super comfortable. As a person with autoimmune issues plush beds is always a high priority when traveling.

We were welcomed by Mandy. She was very helpful, personable and a pleasure to deal with. She sent texts asking about our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet. This was the best hotel stay that we have had in a while.

We were greeted by one of the most professional and "on top of her game" hotel clerks I have encountered in a while. Please not I travel monthly. Her name was Nola and she covered everything we would want to know very effectively and friendly. Room was clean, and the everything at the hotel worked properly. Could not have been happier for the price. Will definitely stay again.

I was visiting from California and stayed at this hotel for approximately 5 days. I cannot express enough how amazing the staff was! From the front desk to the bar to the housekeeping, each and every staff member of this hotel was friendly, inviting, hospitable, and fun! They made me want to stay for another 5 days. One particular employee who made the hotel and trip feel like home was Kristin! She provided so many great conversations, laughs, and has even become a new friend. I will definitely...

Great Hotel comma great staff Kama great room. The pool with outdoor and not heated. The breakfast was two star, at best.

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfy rooms. Clean and friendly. Really convenient to airport

Easy downtown and freeway access.

I was told it was a terrible place but the stay was nice I didn’t see any prostitution. They do need to place another blanket on bed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay in Downtown Huntsville! We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Downtown Huntsville! The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, very nice, and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and everything we needed to start our day! The location is fantastic! Everything downtown is within walking distance, including restaurants, bars, and local attractions, which made exploring Huntsville...

Clean and affordable. Would definitely stay again

Found my reservation as magically changed the date when i was making the reservation on Expedia. Great experience

Fantastic hotel and wonderful hotel

We escaped Hurricane Irma and spent 4 nights here (we reserved for 5 but cancelled the last night). Room was large and very clean. Fridge worked great, as did microwave. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had our 6 month old pup with us and appreciated the large expanse of grass and sidewalks, as well as the provision of poo bags and a receptacle for them. Breakfast was hot and tasty. We used the washers and dryers for 2 loads and the hotel provided soap and dryer sheets!! Only...

Close to Down town without being directly downtown. Great food close by and plenty to do.
