"When i first checked in staff seemed uninterested basically didn’t say a word just here’s your key. Once i entered the room it smelt of damp found out it had been linked to a leak from the basin that wouldn’t stop every time i have a wash or brushed my teeth i had to place a towel down to stop it ..."
