"Room was clean and comfortable for a quick stay. Easy to find and close to fuel and dining options. Breakfast was crowded but looked like a good variety. Check in was a breeze, would stay again"
"This is a beautiful hotel and the room was clean, but if you are looking for a place that has stuff to do, don't stay here. The only staff that were friendly, polite and helpful were the cleaning staff. We tried the Carmen's Restaurant and the coffee shop and the staff in those places acted like they all hated their jobs and didn't want to be there. The only thing we found pleasant at this hotel was the Trax Bar and Grille connected to the hotel, we spent more time there than anywhere else because the food, atmosphere and staff were great, they made you feel welcome and comfortable. Would I stay there again, yes, but ONLY because of Trax Bar and Grille."
"The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The food was good and the staff kept the area clean. They were helpful and very personable.
The building looks to be fairly new but was in terrible condition. The shower was especially bad. Mold in the caulking and grout. And the shower was gross. We couldn’t wait to get home and take another shower.
The bed was fairly comfortable and the linen appeared clean but the HVAC unit made so much noise we had to shut it off to sleep. It was 41 degrees outside.
We thought about the pool but it was cloudy and smells super strongly of chlorine. And no hot tub.
We definitely won’t stay there or probably at any Sleep in again. "
"Rooms need to be upgraded and is a room for better condition (cleanest of the rooms), not really impressed by the property Name, I would stay somewhere else on my next trip "
