"This is a very cute place to stay whether in the summer or in the winter. We got lucky and the ice runway opened up on the weekend we were there, and it was very entertaining to watch all of the planes."

It is not what I would call lakefront but only a short walk to the town docks,lake and park. It was clean and comfortable, Full kitchen and Washer and dryer was a huge plus for us."

"The setting was beautiful. We were only staying for 1 night but would definitely go back for a longer stay. Property is meticulously maintained. We could not have been happier. Beautiful view of the lake. We were able to bring our beloved dog too. It was a win win! Loved the place!"

"Bay Top Motel looks like it is from another time and booking fairly last minute, I was afraid it might be very outdated or unkept. That could not be further from the truth! While it clearly is a motel from days gone by, it has been beautifully kept up, updated and has all the amenities needed for a quick stop over while in town for the concert. That being said, after seeing the landscaping and reading about all the care and attention to detail put into the gardens, I do intend to come back when I can see more in bloom. The owners clearly take great pride in provider travelers with a welcoming spot to rest their heads and it is done for a reasonable price. On top of that, our little room had a screen porch and outdoor deck not mentioned in the booking. I highky recommend Bay Top Motel if you are looking to spend time very close to Weirs Beach, going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion or just passing through New Hampshire."

"When turning on the water in the tub the lever would not stay to position unless you switch the shower on. If taking a bath it would have been very hot because you couldn’t control the handle. It kept slipping down towards hottest position. The shower was more controlable. Room was spacious and clean."
