Outside at the rear could be tidied up a bit, and the residential road it is on, while not bad or dangerous in any way, is not as upmarket as you would expect for a property like this. The back yard was a great place to relax and unwind and there was plenty of table space to all enjoy meals together. I would recommend that before doing laundry be sure to check that the drain pipe from the washer is placed in the shower.
