It's a really nice clean hotel with a friendly staff all at a reasonable price. The only issue we have seen in the 2 times we stayed here was the landscaping/grass needs attention.

Yes but it was broken busted, bugs can get in from outside. No the floor was filthy dirty not been mopped. Then when I wipe up water from tub the floor were very dirty.
