Adorable 2/2 site built home in Orange Blossom Gardens. Peaceful neighborhood with great neighbors. In a perfect location with access to two pools, within walking distance, archery, dog park, running trail, basketball court, country club, recreation center for table tennis, and a short golf cart ride to Spanish Springs Town Square or the lap pool for swimming or aqua classes. The villages Hospital and other medical offices are close by. Several grocery stores and numerous restaurants, and shopping centers are accessible by car in less than five minutes or 15 minutes by golf cart. The Orange Blossom Country Club offers 18 holes of Championship Golf. Your guest's pass includes Country Club Priority Pool Membership. There are also two executive courses nearby offering 18 holes each.
The home is updated. The flooring is LVP throughout. Beds are extremely comfortable. Spacious Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The House is stocked with everything you could need. Furnishing includ washer/dryer, three smart TV's, walk-in shower with seat, kitchen is well stocked with extras for cooking and cleaning. A nice Florida room with large windows. Perfect for morning coffee or games. Spacious backyard with a large Marigold tree for shade and a nice carport with outside seating. An attached single car garage with a newer golf cart.

Great place to stay
This was a great place to stay with lots of amenities very close. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. The home was very clean and had evrything you could possibly need. We even had a visitor twice while we were down there, a little frog found his way into the house. He was easily removed and caused no harm. When we had a tire problem with the golf cart the emergency service cart people handled it without any problems and the owner was very quick to respond. I would highly reccomend staying at this property.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!
House was very clean, and homey! We loved our stay here! John was great to work with, answered our questions and was very helpful! Access in and out of the house was great with automatic lock! We loved the golf cart, barely drove our car!! Master suite is very large and beds and furniture very comfortable!! We are re booking for next year!

Great rental for our month long stay in the villages
The house is in a perfect location with access to a pool within walking distance, archery, dog park, running trail, basketball court, country club, rec center for table tennis, and a short golf car ride to get to spanish springs or the lap pool for swimming or aqua classes. Grocery stores and restaurants are accessible by car in less than 5 minutes or by golf cart in 15 minutes. The house is updated. Beds are extremely comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. The house is stocked with everything you could need. We loved the master walk in closet for plenty of extra storage. 3 tvs all hooked up and working. Showers were great with master having a spot to sit down. Kitchen was stocked with extras for cooking and cleaning. Laundry machines worked great. Living room has very comfortable seating. Everything was cleaned spotlessly and the decor has a florida vacation vibe. Great little Florida room with windows to have coffee or play games. Spacious backyard with shade and a nice carport with seating outside. The golf car is like new. John the host and property manager is friendly and responsive. He addressed the golf car battery same day and had it running. I would stay another month if we could! We extended another week we loved it so much. All good things must come to an end and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we did.

Orange Blossom Villa
A spacious and very comfortable home in walking distance to one of the community pools and a short golf cart ride to Spanish Springs town square. Nice neighborhood, very friendly people at the pool which was not crowded. We stayed a week in late Spring.
