If you're looking for a quiet retreat, then look no more! This beautiful 2 bedroom home is located in one of the original neighborhoods and backs to the 9th hole of the Silver Lake Golf Course & is conveniently located just minutes from the Spanish Springs Town Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, dining, free live entertainment nightly, and more!

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the door to your home away from home. This home is decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the large TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds for your guests to relax & enjoy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. When it's time to relax, the enclosed lanai offers table & chairs to enjoy the sunset and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while reading the paper.

This home comes complete and includes a WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses along with use of all recreational areas & clubs.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
