We love this location due to its proximity to Spanish Springs and numerous golf courses,pools,tennis courts and a fabulous walking trail.This fully furnished unit includes linens,cable, wifi,utilities,golf cart and bbq grill. This home offers two screened Lanais to enjoy the warm weather with a cup of coffee or family meal.Within walking distance to Spanish Springs entertainment and restaurants.. Come enjoy with just your personal items. Everything provided. bbq grill, gas golf cart, w/d.55"tv in LR,32" in both bedrooms.No carpets. Nicely landscaped.
