Beautiful Apartment in Längenfeld with Terrace

In Längenfeld in the beautiful Ötztal, this beautiful holiday home welcomes you with all the comfort that families or friends need on vacation. In front of a fantastically beautiful mountain backdrop and with a very well-kept garden, you can escape from everyday life and let your soul dangle.

The Ötztal is Tyrol's longest side valley and has countless hiking trails, climbs and mountain bike tours. In winter, the Ötztal Arena offers a wide ski area with numerous huts for stopping off and après-ski. From Längenfeld to Sölden, where numerous ski lifts and the Sölden glacier await you, it is only 10 km by car.

The apartment on the ground floor has a large eat-in kitchen with a comfortable seating area, a large bathroom with shower, tub and double vanity, 2 bedrooms and a large living room with sofa bed and satellite TV. There is also W-LAN, a ski boot dryer and if required, a cot and high chair. Bedding and towels are included.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Sehr schlecht, wenig Privatsphäre. Kinder der Bewohner spielen im Garten, der als zu unserem Ferienhaus gehörend ausgewiesen ist. Dann sitzen die Eltern da und rauchen. Wir fühlen uns nicht frei, uns in unserem Garten zu bewegen. Und das Seltsamste ist, dass es im Garten ein Trampolin gibt, auf das nur die Kinder der Bewohner dürfen und das dann mit einem Schloss versehen wird.

Het huis is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden zijn goed, de kamers ruim en licht. De badkamer is groot genoeg: met zowel een bad als douche. Voor de ski’s en schoenen is een aparte ruimte met verwarmde opbergplekken. Het huis ligt dicht bij de skibus : dus er naar toe lopen is heel goed te doen. We hebben er een fantastische week gehad.

We hadden beschikking over de hele beneden verdieping. Dus 2 ruime slaapkamers, een ruime keuken en een ruime woonkamer. De badkamer is erg chique met een mooie grote spiegel en prachtig bewerkt plafond. De woning heeft een 4 sterren predicaat en dat is volkomen terecht. Alles was netjes schoon en de inrichting is compleet. Verder heb je beschikking over een overkapt terras en grasveldje/tuin met vrij uitzicht aan de achterzijde. Maar meer positiefs ga ik niet vermelden anders kunnen is die volgend jaar volgeboekt.

Mooi ruim appartement aan de rand van woonwijk (uitzicht op Aqua Dome). Dorpscentrum is vlakbij. Helga kwam alleen de laatste ochtend langs om de sleutel in te nemen. Voor ons geen ontvangst met koffie en cake dus. Grootste nadeel van het appartement is dat de zoon van Helga met vrouw en jonge dochter boven wonen. Zij zijn om 7.00 uur wakker en stampen en gillen dan door het huis.

De accommodatie was geweldig, ruim en schoon. Op loopafstand van de supermarkten en skibushalte. De omgeving was prachtig. De eigenares was heel vriendelijk, er stonden verse tulpen op tafel en er stond ook gebak voor ons klaar. Het was een geweldige vakantie.

Mooi huis, rustig gelegen met uitzicht op mooie omgeving (bergen). Je hebt beschikking over de hele benedenverdieping en helemaal geen last van bovengelegen appartement. Huis is goed ingericht en meer dan schoon. Buiten zitje om te eten met ook 2 lligstoelen.

Heel fijn, centraal in de regio gelegen, vakantiehuis. Schoon, comfortabel, van alle gemakken voorzien. Aparte grote woonkeuken, fijne lichte woonkamer, grote badkamer en een heerlijke tuin met prima tuinmeubelen en prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. De bomen in de tuin zijn niet storend voor het uitzicht. Alle ramen kunnen op een kantel stand. Mevrouw Helga is zeer vriendelijk en staat open voor alle vragen die er zijn, maar is zeker niet opdringerig. Halverwege de week heerlijke taart van haar gekregen -) Een vakantiehuis dat aan niets ontbreekt. Wij waren met z'n tweeën, beiden 40 jaar.

Het appartement is erg ruim en mooi. Fijne bedden. Wc op badkamer maar ook nog een aparte wc. Uitzicht vanuit het appartement fantastisch. Omgeving geweldig, mooi vlak om uren te wandelen voor diegene die niet gaan skieen. Twee supermarkten op loopafstand en ook verschillende restaurants op loopafstand. Skibus ook op loopafstand. Solden 15 minuten. Eigenaresse is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wij zijn hier een week geweest vanaf 19 jan 2019 met 6 personen en we hebben het fantastisch gehad

Fijne ontvangst met koffie en koek. Verder een accommodatie waar alles aanwezig is. Ook tijdens regen kun je onder het balkon lekker buiten zitten.

Vi var 6 pers. - 3 voksne og 3 børn og vi havde en alletiders uge i Haus Helga. Super søde værter og alt fungerede optimalt. Lejligheden er veludstyret og der mangler intet. Det naturlige samlingspunkt er det store køkken med rigeligt plads og der findeds alt hvad man har brug for. Kan varmt anbefales og alt er inden for gå afstand, Indkøb, Aqua Dome, og skibussen til Sölden. Mvh Bjarne Bechersdahl Uge 9 - 2018
