On the outskirts of Längenfeld is this beautiful holiday home with a very spacious and well equipped apartment on the ground floor. A large living and dining room provides cozy atmosphere. You have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in summer you can enjoy the sun on the private terrace. Shops and ski bus are located in close proximity to the house. In winter, a free ski bus brings you to the ski resort Ötztal Arena or Sölden.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately The ski bus stop is 50 meter further

We zijn heel erg vriendelijk ontvangen. Mooi, schoon en erg ruime vakantiewoning, prima bedden, 2 badkamers, ruime bank, grote tv, en een mooi terras. Overigens was er wel WIFI aanwezig! Restaurant en supermarkt op loopafstand. Mooie omgeving, genoeg te zien. Zeker aan te raden!

Mooi luxe huis, vriendelijke gastvrouw! Op wandelafstand legner waterval en hangbrucke, leuk dorpje. Ook makkelijk uitgangspunt met bus naar andere plaatsjes in het dal. Kortom voor ons een plek om zeker nog eens terug te gaan.

De vakantiewoning is erg ruim, er zijn 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en een ruime eetkeuken Het contact met de verhuurders was beperkt. In de omgeving van Längenfeld is genoeg om te ondernemen, wandelingen over hangbrug, naar lokale waterval, het Aqua Dome thermaalbad, de Stuibenfall (bij Umhausen), hoogste waterval van Tirol.

vriendelijke ontvangst en men herinnerde zich ons nog van vorig jaar toen we dezelfde accommodatie hadden. De accommodatie is netjes en de uitrusting is goed te noemen. Ligt in een zeer rustige omgevng. Het feit dat het skigebied 14 kilometer verwijderd is kan als nadeel worden gezien.

We hebben 2 heerlijke weken gehad in het Ötztal. De ontvangst was prima, het huisje was goed te vinden. Het appartement is ruim,schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. We kregen meer dan genoeg schone handdoeken. In het dal is genoeg te doen, voor jong en oud. Wij zijn met een meisje van 4 geweest en we hebben ons geen moment verveeld.

Het huis was niet gemakkelijk te vinden vanwege de huisnummers die niet zoals in NL opvolgend zijn in een straat. De gehele Ortschaft lopen ze kriskras door elkaar. Zelfs navragen bij de lokale bevolking leverde niets op totdat we het fotootje op het reserveringsdocument lieten zien. Toen lukte het wel. De accomodatie is prima, de skibus (mits je de skipas kunt tonen) is erg dichtbij maar elke dag overvol. De omgeving van het huis is dorps en omringd door andere woningen. Tankstation, restaurants en supermarkt allemaal lekker dichtbij. In Solden is het prijsnivo tamelijk hoog, maar het is wel mondain en dan hoort het er kennelijk bij. Sligebied is uitmuntend goed!

Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und entsprach allen beschriebenen Kriterien. Von hier aus können wir noch einmal schöne Grüße an Fr. Grüner schicken. Vielen Dank für die nette Betreuung. Man hat in der Umgebung sehr viele Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen (in Imst Bogenschießen, Kart fahren, Paßstraße Timmelsjoch,Sölden/Gletscher und natürlich Wandern und Klettern u.v,m). Der Klassiker in Längenfeld selber ist natürlich das Aqua Dome. Ein sehr schönes und ausgefallenes Schwimmbad für Groß und Klein. Für das leibliche Wohl ist in Längenfeld auch gesorgt (genügend Bäcker und Restaurants!!!). -) Unser Fazit Eine schöne Wohnung und ein sehr schönes Urlaubsgebiet. Klare Empfehlung von uns.
