"Location had nearby subway access, and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within a short walk. Check-in process was a breeze, and the room was cozy without being cramped. Weekend nightlife and elevated train did get noisy, but didn't run super late. Earplugs helped."

"The location was a close distance to great things to do. Being close to a store allowed us to gather food and cook in the rental though there is a great cheesesteak place a few blocks away. Having gated parking was a big incentive. We did get approached a few times outside by people asking for money but we did not feel unsafe once we were inside the rental. Having our car in a gated space gave us peace of mind. Everything was very clean and there were some amazing views. Great location, parking...

"The whole process was smooth. They live walking distance to a pub, Betsey Ross house and many of the tourist sites. They have little touches like hygiene items, spices, coffee included. We also enjoyed the roof top patio for a drink and views of the Delaware River."

"Amazing location. You can walk to a bunch of historical sites, you can walk to food, you can walk to the train stop, location location location. I very much enjoyed sitting on the roof top patio and watching the boats in the morning. It was quiet. Only thing that I didn't enjoy about this place was check out, and that was simply because I didn't want to leave. When we come back to Philly, we will be staying here. Make sure you check out Ralph's if you like Italian food. "
