Stay in this modern farmhouse on almost an acre! Toast marshmallows with friends and family, play horseshoes, Cornhole, Yardzee and other outdoor activities. Modern Gas firepit on a spacious patio perfect for warm conversations. Ample space for small family gatherings; the property sleeps up to 10 people (8 is most comfortable) with 4.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, two pullouts, & a comfy couch. Two Packn'Plays available for babies too! Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, gas range/oven, stainless steel appliances, etc. The open concept great room can seat 16+ people--perfect for game night! Stocked with your favorite board games including a giant Chess set! There is so much to do out your front door, you won't even want to leave. We loved our stay! This house is perfect for families traveling with kids. Games, stuffed animals, pack n plays, light blocking curtains, fans, sound machines…. Even a pantry stocked with fruit snacks and granola bars. Would definitely come back the future

We stayed in this house for 5 days. It was perfect for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children). The beds are very comfortable, the main areas are well appointed and the house had everything we needed. The most comfortable home we have ever rented.

This house is hands down the best place we have stayed at with any house rental sight. The most important part is the property listing & pictures are EXACTLY like they say in real life. The house and yard are spacious and would be perfect for large families/groups. The location is great, with plenty of options in the neighboring towns of Boulder, Lafayette, and Louisville to explore, shop, and eat. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back again!

This house is amazing and I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Plenty of space for each friend to have their space. The house is very well stocked with the essentials. All amenities worked great. The location for city and hiking is perfect. The hosts were communicative. Can’t say enough great things! We will definitely be back.

We came to see snow and boy did Colorado deliver! We had a wonderful time! Margo’s place was a dream. Sparkling clean and comfortable! We wanted to be close to the mountains but not have to drive them in case of wintery conditions. Such a perfect location , just a short ride to Pearl Street, Flatirons and Denver and just minutes to restaurants and stores. We loved having the big yard to play in the snow. The house had everything you could need and more, cute little notes everywhere to help, such a nice spacious place to stay. Margo and Tim are dream owners, great communication and just a call away. I would absolutely recommend their place and would stay again if the opportunity arises!

This property was beautiful. It was just outside of Boulder, where we spent most of our time. The views of the mountains in the morning where amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and you almost felt like there was no one else around you. Inside the property was immaculate. There was plenty of space with big bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. This place was truly a gem!

From the initial booking to check out Margo was responsive, accommodating and professional. The home, while unassuming on the exterior was beautifully updated throughout. It was a perfect set up for a large group, with multiple bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, comfortable mattresses/pillows and hi-end bedding. Even cozy hotel slippers were provided. We loved the open living space where the family could gather in the living room and kitchen. The bathrooms were well designed with modern, functional, quality materials and appliances. Gorgeous kitchen set up with everything needed. Thoughtful touches like the basket filled with the makings for s'mores (chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers) were a pleasant surprise. If it hasn't been so chilly, we would have enjoyed the ample outdoor set up with plenty of chairs and tables for outdoor gatherings. It was centrally located close to Boulder and not far from Denver. I highly recommend this lovely home.

This is a big, beautiful very clean home we loved and very much enjoyed, the beds are comfy, house is very well organized, we had everything we needed, just brought our food, we were there for a wedding and had dinner at the house, it has an outside fire table and plenty of seating and our host was very accommodating and answered all text this was a great find thanks again
