The home is occupied majority of the time so please be respectful of owners closets, cabinet, and furnishings. Although it is occupied by owner most of the time we do make a very comfortable and enjoyable space for guests with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the quiet and relaxing nature of Old Town Lafayette.

Guest has full access to the private home. It is one half of a duplex. This side of the home is located on the street side.

The duplex is located just three blocks from Old Town Lafayette which is full of restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and more while also providing a quiet residential feel full of parks, and recreation centers. 30 minutes to Denver and 15 minutes to Boulder make this neighborhood an ideal location for all travelers.
