If you want an Old World hotel that is located in the heart of downtown, then this is great. But it’s old and would need a major renovation to get up to the standards of the Major brands by Marriott, Hilton etc.

Was in the middle of town, everything was walking distance. Only 20 rooms in the hotel. So not crowded. Parking was easy and free right behind the hotel. Our room was huge. Wish it had a little sofa. But that's just me. When we checked-in the room was already ready and assigned to us.

The location is great being within walking distance of downtown. The room was spacious and had the essentials. I would not recommend the hotel though for the following reasons: - No breakfast - Front desk closes at 7 p.m. and front door locks at 7 p.m. - Pool and gym exist but are more likely to be used as jokes shared with your friends than to be used for their intended purpose - Poor amenities in room (only one small bar of soap to be shared with sink and shower, no tissues etc.) Overall, this feels like a hotel in decline that will soon be shuttered. The location is great so I hope it gets sold to a better operator.

The staff were very helpful. We had issues getting in our room when we arrived, but they answered the phone and worked it out. Parking was easy and the location was good for being downtown. The property is old and does not appear to be well maintained. The bathroom had paint peeling if the walls. All in all though it was a nice stay.

Parking was easy and nearby. The room was mostly clean if not a little shabby…the couch. Flooring in bedroom did not match up to threshold in bathroom. Air conditioning worked but was very loud in the bedroom. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful…when they were there which was infrequent. Best attribute of the hotel was it’s proximity to downtown and especially the Spoonbill restaurant across the street.
