"Stayed at this property previously. Staff always very courteous and helpful. And the same held true for this visit. Location location location...steps from the fun and restaurants on bourbon street in addition to the trolley service. Thanks to the bellman who got us a taxicab after plane delays and cancellations. Room was clean and updated. Only problem was the city mandated $25 per day tourist tax. Wasn't aware of this prior to my visit. Bourbon street has gotten pricey. Overall had a great experience in New Orleans hanging out, touring the sites and enjoying the great food."
