"Positives:friendly reception and catering staff. Breakfast was excellent and delicious 😋. Location was excellent. Room cleaned every day. Lovely terrace. Hot and cold drinks available all day on ground floor.Great night's sleep. Negatives; on 2 separate occasions we came back at the end of the day to find our room door left open. Tiniest lift which barely fits 2 people. Tea tray never refilled. 2 single beds pushed together meant 1 of us kept getting trapped in the middle.Room smelled of smoke...

"Good 3 star hotel,room was a good size with a balcony looking over a lovely garden,hotel has a nice roof top terrace with a shower to help cool down. Downside..we was there for 5 days with no room cleaning or change of towels ( unless you pay additional charge) Also the lift belongs to the cleaners and hard to get some times..for are 5 day stay the lifts were not operational for 2."

"The manager at the beach club was not accommodating to my 17-year-old daughter. I inquired about having lunch while my daughter went for a swim, but he promptly declined, citing that wet patrons were not allowed in the restaurant. Mind you she was fully covered and not wet! "We stayed at this hotel for four nights with our three kids. Postives were: Staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the only locations we could stay with our whole family in one room. Super close to the beach and they had umbrellas and mats to borrow if you needed them. Cute street a short walk away from the main area with restaurants and about 20 minutes walk from Old Town.
