"Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.
We had already made a reservation in advance, yet the hotel went ahead and created a second booking for the same guest without properly checking their system. A big part of the issue was that the staff could not communicate clearly in English, which led to a complete misunderstanding and this unnecessary double booking.
Even after clearly explaining the situation, they insisted on charging for both reservations. Instead of admitting their mistake, the staff claimed the guest requested it and refused to issue any refund.
Communication was poor throughout, and they showed no willingness to resolve the issue fairly. This could have been easily avoided with basic professionalism and clear understanding.
Be very careful when booking here as you might pay twice,"
