"Finding information about the shuttle was extremely difficult. No one answered emails or the phone for inquiries. Once information about the shuttle was found, it did not specify which hotel to book as there are two in the area with the same name and similar address. Therefore I was taken to the wrong g hotel. There is no way to cancel the return reservation."

"The staff was lovely. The room was very nice. We liked breakfast. Our only complaint would be that it isn’t close to transit. We had to take a taxi from the airport and ordered delivery for food because there wasn’t much close by."
