"The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean as are all of the public areas. Very attentive and polite staff throughout our stay in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was extensive with extras available from the kitchen. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was fabulous. The bar very comfortable and welcoming. We used the spa and again it was clean and an experience to enjoy. Absolutely recommend a stay here."

"A very central location. Lovely small, friendly hotel. Staff very helpful, spoke good english and nothing was too difficult for them to arrange. Small pool, sauna and spa were lovely. Due to its size they limit the number of guest so you need to book a hourly slot in advance. We quickly got in to the routine of booking the free hotel shuttle for the ski lifts and the spa after skiing if we wanted to go. Bar was nice for a pre-dinner cocktail. The hotel has a ski store room with heated boot racks - located beside the shuttle van so very convenient. The staff helped with restaurant recommendations and bookings and also are able to help arrange a transfer from Geneva airport at much better prices than found on the internet."

"I had low expectations of this hotel due to reviews but was very pleasantly surprised and would absolutely stay again. Can only assume poor reviews are for apartments and not rooms. We had a newly renovated suite which had a separate living area and two bathrooms. Yes you could hear music from outside but wasnt awful. We paid a supplement for the 'thinky' card as travelling with 2 year old- bit unclear what it actually covered bar a room with pureed sauces for pastilla for kids dinner? However childcare was reasonably priced and while attendants were young (students?) they were sweet. Excellent location. Only criticsm would be the high level of greenwashing- lots of plastic. "

"The hotel is the perfect place to come to for skiing (short walk to Eucherts ski lift). The highlight was the spa, which we used every day, has all you need (steam room, sauna, cold plunge and jacuzzi). Our room was spacious with lovely mountain views. Ski lockers were the best we have used, with specific places to put helmets, gloves, boots and skis."

"Stayed in suite with our 18-month twins for the second time. So can compare what was good, what was bad and what has changed in the meantime (but basically the bad points remain year after year) On the plus side: Very large, well-designed rooms with stunning view. Dinner at the restaurant is very good with vegan option (changing every day) Very nice spa facilities (although the swimming pool could be a bit warmer) Big credits to the restaurant team Electrical car charging station in the basement car park. On the minus side: Very limited vegan option at breakfast despite telling manager over and over. The only addition to the buffet was almond milk, which they were very proud about. Shortage of staff at breakfast. Guests have to clean tables themselves if they want to seat outside Cleaning standards in the room are way below what you would expect from a hotel that category (for the second year in a row) Several high chairs for babies at the restaurant but most of them are broken and not safe for children But the biggest minus is the manager who does not seem to understand (and it’s not because of the language barrier because I’m French) nor seem willing to change/do anything to accommodate guests’ requests. All things considered that was still a pleasant stay (thanks to the view from the room and the dinner), but we won’t be back for a third time "
