This beautiful holiday home is near Carvoeiro, a well known seaside resort in the Algarve, attractively furnished and has a private swimming pool. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach. There is a private garden with various partly covered terraces. The roof terrace offers good views of Carvoeiro with the Atlantic Ocean in the distance.

The holiday home consists of two living areas. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor and downstairs there is a billiards room with table tennis table and bar. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 + 2 persons. The villa is air conditioned. The holiday home is ideal for families or a group of friends who want to go on holiday together.

The living room of the villa is furnished with comfortable furniture. The seating area is suitable for 6 people and a dining table. Furthermore, this room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wireless internet connection and IPTV (many international channels. The villa has a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and other necessary kitchen appliances. The outside laundry room has a washing machine and dryer.
The villa area has three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. All 3 bedrooms open onto a terrace to the side of the house and the pool. One bedroom has a double bed. The other bedrooms have two single beds. Folding beds make it possible to sleep with 2 more people, making a total of 8 people possible! There is a cot and a high chair available. (extra possible on request) The main accommodation has a bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

The picturesque town of Carvoeiro is around 1 km from the house. The nearest beach is Centianes and is also around 1 km away. Portimao and Ferragudo with their beaches and a marina are around 10 km. The seaside resort of Albufeira is 20 minutes by car. Golf courses such as Vala de Milho, Gramacho and Vale da Pinta are a 10-minute drive. Cabo de Sao Vincente, the rugged most south-westerly point of Europe is an hour and a halves drive from the villa.
