Casa ADM 42 is a classic holiday villa situated on the Areias dos Moinhos development, within walking distance of the centre of the idyllic fishermen’s village of Carvoeiro and the Vale de Milho golf course.

This charming villa comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace (partially covered) with several seating areas, a barbecue, a pool (heatable at extra cost) and sun loungers.

During the winter season (November till March), the energy costs will be charged in resort according to consumption.

Wonderful Villa in quiet location

A really lovely, well equipped Villa that is a 20 min walk into Carvoeiro town and beach. Spacious, clean, maid comes daily. Lovely terrace with sun loungers and brollies, towels for the pool provided which was nice. Good sized pool which was not heated until the pool maintenance came in on day 5 however we quite liked it without as it was a lovely fresh feel rather than warm which is how it felt once the heating was put on. Please note that this villa does NOT have air conditioning which is contrary to the amenities description. There are no ceiling fans. When this was raised on the second day the situation was dealt with and three portable fans were brought over but not until the Monday morning when the working week started. It would have been a nice touch if the fans had been there from the very start of the holiday. We had a great holiday and really enjoyed our stay in Carvoeiro and the lovely villa.

Die elektrische Geräte sind sehr alt und dadurch der Stromverbrauch sehr teuer. Küche und Bäder könnten moderner sein. Rosa ist sehr freundlich.

La villa est relativement confortable et bien entretenue. Les salles de bains ont besoin d’être remis au goût du jour mais propre. Les équipements sont aussi un peu vieillots. La femme de ménage est au top. Manque la climatisation quand même car les températures sont assez élevées. L’extérieur est la piscine rien n’a dire.

la location correspondait sur tous les points à notre attente: villa très agréable et une grande piscine vraiment super! La villa est propre , le jardin magnifique et la piscine bien entretenue. De plus le quartier est tranquille et je recommanderai sans hésité cette location à mes amis.

Ruhe und Erholung

In diesem schönen Haus habe ich schon den Winter 2013-14 und 14-15 verbracht. Das Grundstück liegt etwas abseits vom Ort, aber in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum von Carvoeiro. Durch die Lage des Hauses ist es sehr ruhig, und es gibt nur wenig Verkehr. Mit dem Auto ist man in kurzer Zeit an vielen schönen Stränden. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden um es sich gemütlich zu machen. Der geschlossene Kamin ist sehr angenehm, es gibt keinen Qualm im Raum und man kann das Feuer genießen. Die Fotos entsprechen den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Der Service ist rundherum sehr angenehm. Auch in diesem Winter werde ich wieder da sein.

Sehr schoenes Ferienhaus mit tollem eigenen Pool und grosszuegiger Terrasse. Es gibt alles, was man braucht! Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad. Der Service war tiptop, das Haus wird jeden Tag pikobello gereinigt. Die Grillecke ist ein tolles Plus, wenn man BBQ mag. Die Villa liegt sehr schoen auf einer Anhoehe ueber Carvoeiro, es ist sehr ruhig. Zu Fuss braucht man 15 Minuten ins Zentrum. Man kommt an schoenen Hausern und Restaurants vorbei.
