The Villa Koster is a spacious 4-bedroom holiday home with a heated pool, garden, and rooftop lounge.



Located on a dead-end street, 850m from Vale de Centeanes Beach and near Carvoeiro, this villa is perfect for exploring the Algarve. Golf lovers will find several courses in the area, such as Vale do Milho.



The villa has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and 4 double rooms (3 en-suite) on the ground floor, plus an additional bathroom. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a washing machine.



The bright living/dining room has a large table, comfortable seating, and satellite TV. The terrace, accessible through patio doors, includes an outdoor dining area and a portable barbecue.



The gardens are walled and fenced, ensuring privacy. The pool (heatable as an optional extra) has sun loungers and a ping-pong table for entertainment.



Near the village of Carvoeiro, full of shops, bars, and restaurants, and beaches like Vale Covo and Carvalho. Golf courses and the Slide & Splash water park are also nearby.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €300 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 8 people.

The 9th and 10th persons will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
