Incredible location! Steps away from the beach, incredible cliffs, walking trails, and many restaurants. Breakfast was incredible, much better than the standard continental. The pool was great for super hot afternoons when we didn’t feel like walking around. If you have a car be prepared to park a few blocks away. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Algarve.

The hotel is in a great location 400 feet from the beach. Some rooms are ocean view. Room furniture a little rustic wood but gives it a beach vibe. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

It was a nice hotel definitely a great location. Close to the beach in a very active area. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the beach was disappointing because they were removing a lot of algae that had came up on the beach.

Hotel was spotless. Cleaning staff were amazing. Front desk staff could have been a bit more welcoming on arrival. Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Great buffet breakfast every morning. Enjoyed the pool. Definitely want to return. The bars across the street are loud but usually shut the noise down at 11 pm

PROS: The location is perfect right at the square and steps away from the beach. The breakfast is good and you can count on good cold A/C. You can borrow a towel for the beach with a ten euro deposit. CONS: The rooms themselves are in really bad shape. The bathrooms are extremely dated and mine was dirty. They only had the pump-wall soap like the kind in public bathrooms so zero shampoo/conditioner/ body wash/no bar of soap. There was a very short and dirty shower curtain which let the water splash everywhere. The room had fluorescent lighting and only one plug to charge your cell phone. The closet looked like it was still not finished because it was all plain wood and the wood was raw with splinters coming out of the edges. My room was on the first floor and you could hear all the street noise.

My room was on the side of the building so it did get quite noisy with the main road and taxi rank outside. The Sky Bar upstairs was not open and I believe some of the bedrooms are closed for refurbishment. To be fair the hotel is located in a great spot close to many bars, restaurants and the beach.
