Magnificent architect-designed villa in traditional Algarve style

Magnificent villa of 220 m2, completely renovated, Casa Luza accommodates 4 to 6 people, ideal for two couples or a couple with children, located in the very quiet and prestigious area of Salicos, 2. 3 km from the beaches, from the city center from Carvoeiro, all amenities and close to golf courses.
The villa consists of 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms with their respective bathrooms and a mezzanine that can accommodate 2 people.
The master bedroom has a large boxspring bed (180) for exceptional comfort with an en-suite bathroom (bath), the second bedroom also has separate boxspring beds (2X90) or a large bed (180) choice, with en-suite bathroom (shower) and the mezzanine includes an additional sleeping couch.
The kitchen, completely redone in late 2019, equipped with high-end appliances, and integrated wine cellar. Outdoor barbecue area.
The dining room, with a large table for 8 people, is open to the air-conditioned living room, with fireplace, TV + internet, DVD and open to the terraces equipped with sofas and dining area sheltered from the sun
The house is located in a large green Mediterranean garden with olive, carob, almond and fig trees, with total privacy, with a large private and fenced pool, relaxation area

Superb

We’ve stayed in many villas over the past 18 years and this was one of our top 3! The pictures really don’t do this wonderful Villa justice. Fantastic layout, beautiful decor and furnishing (inside and out), extremely well equipped kitchen and utility area. Beds are very comfortable with spare pillows if required. Outside space is well kept and very private. The location is perfect for being central to everything but just far enough away for peace and tranquillity. The owner is super friendly and very responsive and so too were the property management team. We’d definitely stay again and recommended to friends and family.

Au cœur de l’Algarve !

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette maison de standing très bien située. L’environnement est calme tout en étant à proximité des commerces et des plages. La maison est parfaite très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. On s’y sent très bien. On a aussi beaucoup profité du coin piscine.

Salicos and Casa Luza are in a perfect location and a beautiful home. We spent two relaxing and enjoyable weeks in a perfect home. The reality was much better than the online description. Wir haben zum 2. Mal dieses Ferienhaus gebucht und fanden es wieder sehr schön. Das Haus liegt in einem Villenviertel und hat einen schönen Pool. Zum Meer und zum Essen benötigt man ein Auto.

Perfect Location for Everything Algarve!

Casa Luza is a beautiful property in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s in a perfect central location to all of the Algarve highlights, 3 minute drive to a beautiful beach, the best coastal hiking area, restaurants and supermarkets. An hour to the coast and 40 minutes to Faro. We loved our 2 months at Casa Luza and would recommend it to couples and families.

Stilvolles Ambiente in einem großzugügen Haus

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartung noch übertroffen. Die Beschreibung war eher untertrieben. Check-In und Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor Ort war vorbildlich. Auch Zusatzwünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt. Die Küche war perfekt eingerichtet, der Kamin hat uns in kalten Tagen gewärmt. Man fühlt sich einfach zuhause.

A nice house in a quiet neighborhood

We spent 1 week in this lovely house. Ideal for a family with 2 children. The house is modern and has everything that's needed. The A/Cs worked very well. The only downside was that the swimming pool does not have an area for small children who cannot swim yet. Also, the team managing the house was very nice, responsive and helpful. We would come back any time.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre merveilleuse villa. Tout est fait pour passé des journées formidables dans un confort exceptionnel où il ne manque rien. Vous avez pensé à tous les détails pour accueillir vos hôtes autant dans la décoration raffinée que dans les espaces de vie intérieur et extérieur. Habitués à venir séjourner à l’algarve depuis des années nous avons adoré séjourner dans votre havre de paix. Votre villa est juste une bulle d’apaisement et de tranquillité qui nous a permis de passer deux semaines en famille avec nos deux enfants (7 et 10 ans) pleine de complicité, d’amusement et de nouvelle découvertes de la région de l’algarve. A little piece of paradise!

This was our second time staying at Casa Luza, and I can't say enough once again about the property and location. It is a property that checks all the boxes for us. Clean, comfortable beds, fresh towels and linens, and all the amenities needed to feel right at home. The yard has sunshine or shade seating for all times of the day. We used the pool everyday and enjoyed reading on the lounge chairs by the pool. Laurence and the property manager are extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing! We will be back! Greg and Loretta

Wunderschöne Villa

Die Villa liegt in einem wunderschönem Garten in der Wohnsiedlung. Morgens hört man die Vögeln zwitschern und sonst nichts. In der näheren Umgebung sind keine Geschäfte oder Restaurants, auch die Strände sind etwas weiter weg, deshalb ist ein Auto schon sinnvoll. Die Villa ist eine der schönsten, die wir bisher gemietet haben, eigentlich viel besser als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders schön ist die Galerie im Obergeschoss, hier ist es morgen sonnendurchflutet. Der Pool liegt etwas unterhalb vom Haus und ist vor Einblicken von außen geschützt. Es gibt mehrere Terrassen mit schönen Möbeln. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider hatten wir das Pech, bei strömenden Regen und 12 Grad anzureisen :-( Hier wäre es schön gewesen, wenn die Heizungsgeräte schon 1-2 Tage vorher angestellt gewesen wären, da das Haus richtig ausgekühlt war und die Bettwäsche sich deshalb auch klamm angefühlt hat. Es gibt vier Klimageräte, die auch heizen und einen Handtuchwärmer in einem der Bäder. Im Sommer reichen die Geräte sicherlich aus, aber wir haben jetzt auch den großen Kamin reichlich genutzt. Holz gibt es überall zu kaufen. Danke für die schöne Zeit trotz sehr schlechtem Wetter ;-) Wir planen sicherlich bei unserem nächsten Algarveurlaub die Villa wieder mit ein.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen!

Wir verbrachten Anfang August eine Woche in der Casa Luza und haben uns sofort in der Villa „zu Hause“ gefühlt. Alles sehr sauber und großzügig, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, die ganze Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll mit vielen liebevollen Details. Zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit angrenzenden Bädern. Perfekt! Im Garten viele Ecken mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, so dass man je nach Tageszeit und Sonne immer problemlos ein nettes Plätzchen fand. Die Lage war für uns super. Ruhig in einer Villengegend. Ein Auto ist allerdings erforderlich. Der Pool liegt etwas unterhalb des Hauses und ist über einen kurzen Weg zu erreichen. Wir haben ihn ebenfalls rege genutzt, allerdings entspricht das dortige Mobiliar nicht ganz dem Standard des restlichen Objektes (etwas in die Jahre gekommen). Die Kommunikation mit Laurence (Vermieter) im Vorfeld war super und auch der Kontakt mit der lokalen Agentur während unseres Aufenthaltes war problemlos (wir/ ganze Gegend hatten an einem Tag über einige Stunden kein Wasser). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben uns gut erholt. Das Anwesen ist absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Villensiedlung

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Casa Luz. Das Haus ist großzügig und geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet, der Garten ist schön angelegt. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig und man ist in ein paar Autominuten im nächsten Küstenort Carvoeiro. Lediglich das Nichtvorhandensein von Spülmittel, Geschirrspülmittel, Lappen sowie Müllbeuteln und die nicht ausreichende Anzahl von Küchen- und Handtüchern für eine gute Woche wären anzumerken.

We hardly ever left the villa

The pictures don't really do it justice. It's an amazing villa with absolutely everything you could possibly need. We were staying with our sons, 8 and 11 and they absolutely loved the pool and then being able to sit inside out of the heat in the midday and play some games. The space worked perfectly for us to the extent that we barely ever left. My kids hate beaches and being dragged around towns, so was perfect.

Beautiful Villa

The property is a modern villa in a secluded avenue about 2 miles from the town of Carvoieiro. it is beatifully furnished with a very airy feeling. The garden has lots of places to sit and the smallish swimming pool is away from the villa down some shallow steps. The pool probably isnt ideal for small children though. The hosts provide very little in the way of basics on arrival, so be prepared to buy things like washing up liquid, cooking oil and toilet paper etc etc. there is a very good supermarket about 1 mile away. A car is essential here for getting about.
