Layout house

The house is situated on a large plot and consist of a garden, wide terraces with views over the Monchique mountain and a lovely pool area. The house has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is on the first floor, the other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms is an annex to the house. To access this room you have to go over the terrace outside the house. There is no direct access to this room from the main house. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Further more there is a cozy living room and dining area.



Living room

The cozy living room with wood burner is furbished with comfortable furniture. Here you can watch (Dutch) satellite television and is WiFi available. There is no air conditioning in the living room.



Bedrooms

In total there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom on the first floor has a double bed with wardrobes and a bathroom ensuite (air conditioning available). The second bedroom is on the ground floor and also has a double bed and windows towards the pool area (air conditioning available). The third bedroom is located in an annex to the house and is only accessable from the terrace outside the main house (air conditioning available). This bedroom has a bathroom ensuite.



Bathrooms

Vila Atlantico had three bathrooms and one seperate guest toilet. The 2 ensuite bathrooms have a shower, a bath, toilet and two sinks. The bathroom in the annex has has a shower, one sink and toilet. Furthermore there is a seperate toilet on the ground floor.



Kitchen

The kitchen is spacious and has all the equipment you need like a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffemaker and a fridge.



Exterior

Vila Atlantico has a very nice pool area with sunbeds all around. From here you have beautiful views over the area and the mountain of Monchique. Furthermore there is spacious and mature garden.



You have access to the whole villa



Benagil Holidays is the property management company. They will look after you during your stay. You can always contact them in case of questions.



The villa is close to the lively village of Carvoeiro and its beach in the city center, the many restaurants, bars and shops. The center is at only 2500m. Centianes beach is also at about 2000m. Just a great central location!
