Villa San Juan is a welcoming holiday home in Carvoeiro, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, space and leisure moments near the sea.



The living and dining room is spacious and bright, creating an inviting environment for gatherings and meals, with direct access to the outside.



On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with three single beds en suite with shower, a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, and a service bathroom.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a bathtub, benefiting from greater privacy and comfort.



On the lower floor there is a games area with a snooker table and table tennis, ideal for entertainment for children and adults.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering a functional space for preparing meals, with practical access to the outdoor area.



On the outside, the large private swimming pool stands out, a heated swimming pool (additional cost), a generous garden, a dining area next to the barbecue and a games area, complemented by parking for one car, perfect for sunny days and socialising.



Located in a quiet residential area near the centre of Carvoeiro, the villa is close to shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Carvoeiro Beach.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 9 guests.

From the 10th to the 13th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
