IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a 5-room villa located in the southern Ardèche region in the town of Lagorce, just a 5-minute drive from the town center of Ruoms and less than a 15-minute drive from the town center of Vallon Pont d'Arc. We invite you to discover this house, which can accommodate eight people.
You can enjoy a private swimming pool (8x4, depth 1.40m to 1.60m) secured by barriers, a terrace with an unobstructed view, and a garden of approximately 1200 m².
The house comprises a ground floor living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom, and a toilet.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. TV, washing machine, charcoal barbecue, baby crib, and high chair included.
Let yourself be charmed by all the amenities of this house and its proximity to the tourist attractions of Southern Ardèche.

Maison vétuste et pas prévu pour 8 personnes

Personnel de l'agence très arrangent mais la maison pleine d'araignées dans tout les coins matelas à changé réfrigérateur et congélateur non dégivrer avec des ingrédients à l'intérieur bref l'horreur. Heureusement terrasse avec mobilier de jardin agréable et qui sauve nos vacances piscine chauffée merci à l'agence

Bruyant et vétuste

Location proche d'un camping très bruyant le soir (60 dB sur la terrasse) rendant les soirées invivables. Ménage peu / pas réalisé pour notre arrivée (toiles araignées dans les placards, déchets et poussières autour de la machine à laver, WC entartré qui retient l'odeur d'urine....) Manque d'investissement dans la maison, mobilier et décoration vétustes, accessoires bas de gamme (ex: transat à 20€ qui ne tient pas une saison, poêles fines déformées inutilisable sur la plaque vitrocéramique, couverts dépareillés, etc etc...). Odeurs de fosse septique selon le sens du vent. Non recommandé pour 8 personnes. Dommage, car bien situé et belle vue sur le rocher de Sampzon et le cirque de Gens. Nous ne recommandons pas.

Belle maison mais ménage qui laisse à désirer

Belle maison bien située , près des activités, au calme. Piscine géniale. Mais bémols : pas de clim donc chaleur difficilement supportable en.haut la nuit; ménage en arrivant vraiment médiocre; vaisselle rangée non lavée, souci de frigo résolu rapidement par l'agence avec un frigo supplémentaire. Manque de communication sur l'utilisation du frigo et matériel laissé à dispo pour le ménage de fin de séjour à remplacer (aspirateur qui aspire très mal et balai brosse qui a expiré, balai extérieur cassé). Agence cependant à l'écoute pour résoudre les problème.
