Great place to stay

What a great place. Manuel spoke English and though we arrived late he was very welcoming. The hotel is nice and our room was very pleasant, spacious, comfortable and clean. No restaurant on the premises but across the street but he recommended a tasty taco stand, Its approx a 20 minute walk into centro but easy, flat and straight down the street.

AL LLEGAR A HOSPEDARME ME IBA A RECOSTAR Y AL LEVANTAR LAS SABANAS HABIA UN ANIMAL EN LA CAMA Y HABLAMOS AL ENCARGADO, LO MATO, LE SALIO SANGRE Y RESULTO SER UNA CHINCHE. TRATO DE DARNOS OTRA HABITACION LO CUAL NO ACEPTE, Y LUEGO ME DECIA QUE HABIA OTRO HOTEL DE UN FAMILIAR O ME PODIA IR A OTRO SOLO QUE ERA MAS CARO Y HABIA QUE PAGAR DIFERENCIA PERO SON DE LOS MISMOS. NO ME HICIERON EL REEMBOLSO ASI QUE SOLICITE LA CANCELACION DIRECTAMENTE AL BANCO.

Nice surprise

I booked for 'dog friendly', but they said, No pets. However, the kind lady at the desk made an allowance. She also told me I could stay with my dog in the future. The hotel is quite nice, clean, and all personnel were friendly.

La limpieza de la ropa de cama y toallas buena pero la limpieza de la habitación y baño terrible!!! La distribución de la habitación mala hicieron un reacomodo para tener más habitaciones y sacrificaron mucho espacio y comodidad para el huésped.
