This was a fraudulent posting. Do not trust this hotel. Upon arrival, they told us that the 2 bed 2 bathroom suite we booked and paid for was unavailable. They put us in a single room and said it would just be for 1 night. We were traveling with a child and needed to let him rest so we agreed to stauly in a smaller room for 1 night then move to the suite we booked for the rest of our stay. However, the following day they told us that the suite we paid for still wasn't available and we'd have to stay in the smaller room another night. They refused to give us what we booked and paid for, then made it difficult for us to checkout and leave. If the space wasnt available, then they shouldn't have posted it on Expedia, they shouldn't have confirmed our booking and they should have been honest upon checking in. The room we had for 1 night wasnt properly cleaned. We had to call them to change the sheets because they had clearly been slept in.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! 🛑 ‼️ Kindly avoid this business especially if you’re booking from diaspora. I made a reservation about two weeks before my vacation to Nigeria. I tried to contact this business on the phone but the phone number they have on file was never reachable. I had people within Nigeria try but the outcome was the same. Eventually I traveled and made it to the facility at about 11pm. On getting there the guy at the front desk told me they were not tracking my reservation and perhaps all their rooms are booked up for the night. I requested to speak to the manager and he said they didn’t receive any reservation for me from Expedia. I requested we he contact Expedia while am there and he refused and kept on saying there’s nothing they can do. That I should go contact Expedia myself. The stress I went through that night with my family looking for another decent apartment will be a story for another day. I ended up staying in a hotel that cost three times the amount I would have spent staying at the facility. Note: I stayed in six different hotels and apartments during my vacation and everyone of them including my flights were booked via Expedia without any issues except this one fraudulent business. So when I realized that the manager was being funny trying to make it look like a different person was in charge of Expedia booking I made up my mind to get my refund no matter what. I kept going to the business and I was ready to send military men if need be.
