Casa Papoila, villa with private pool

Casa Papoila is a traditional Portuguese villa from the outside with a modern interior while still maintaining its charm. It offers 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double sink, the access of which is uniquely hidden through the sliding doors of the built-in mirrored wardrobes. The master bedroom also has access to the large sheltered pool terrace and a 32 inch smart TV. The other two bedrooms are situated either side of the shared family bathroom fitted a with a shower. Both have views to the outside of the property and the distant Monchique mountains. All 3 bedrooms are fitted with electric ceiling fans and the living room does have air conditioning.

The living room is open plan and and is full of natural light coming in from the several sliding full length doors and is fitted with a 55 inch smart TV. Portuguese Cable TV service is available. The round glass dining table seats 6. There is a wonderful sun-room, off the living area, which sits within the garden of the villa and is kitted out with comfortable chairs, an ideal place to while a a few hours away reading or just relaxing. The sun room also has direct access to the garden and is fitted with changing coloured LED lights, making it a cosy area even once the sun has gone down.

The spacious kitchen is open plan to the living area with a sitting area at the kitchen breakfast bar and is fitted with a dishwasher, two ovens, one of which serves as the microwave and large fridge. The outside pool terrace can be accessed from the kitchen door. There is a utility room just off the front door with a further fridge/freezer and a washing machine.

There is a good sized swimming pool in the private, sheltered back terrace. There is a comfortable seating area which can be shaded with a roll-out awning and there is also an eating area under the wooden beamed BBQ area next to the pool.

There is a car-port for one car but space for two cars off the road. This villa has been tastefully decorated and offers comfort and practicality. It is only a short drive from the centre of Luz and the beautiful coved beach which offers water sports and a number of restaurants as well as the beautiful view of the Black Rock. Luz has two local supermarkets, numerous bars and restaurants offering diverse cuisines and prices for all pockets. The cosmopolitan town of Lagos is only a 10 minute drive away.
