Decent value for the price. But keep everything locked up. What is not locked up will get stolen. Had everything locked up in suitcase except for handkerchief that I had handwashed and was drying, going to travel with it. Cleaner took it, saw him with it. Even the small items are taken. No respect.

There was not a difference in the room types but charging more money and stating that there is. Also, the front staff is very rude, disrespectful, and disappointing, this hotel should be removed from Expedia hotel choices. I really feel I deserve a refund from this experience.

The Staff were very friendly and Well Professional. I also loved the church service every Sunday morning I was there. I will return to Nigeria soon and recommend this hotel to the fullest.

Home away from home

This started being a trip to spend time with my husband, but then we had to extend our stay because of the Coronavirus. I’m very thankful we chose to be at Citilodge! The staff is great, the managers are so very helpful! It makes it a much easier thing to deal with. This is my home away from home.

It is located in a good part of Lekki. Good road. Food is good. Courteous staff. Though noisy due to use of facility for church activities.

(1) My hotel room is smelling, as there is no ventilation in the toilet. (2) Water that is runing from the tap is not clear and smelling, and toilet bow is not well fixed. It is shaking when sat on it. (3) The Conference room which is right besides my hotel room had been turned into Church and this worshipper are making noise with their drums and singing. (4) We could not use the Gym sometimes because we have to go to the gym through the Conference Room which has been turned into Church. In fact, I do not recommend this Hotel because it is very noisy either during the day time or night.

I didn't like the place

The receptionist, Mercy was nice and the guy at the door. The breakfast was a disappointment both in the amount of food offered and the taste and the service. My room, well, I killed two cockroaches in the two days I was there, and the AC worked but was loud like an airplane, and the bar at night had music that was just under me, in Sunday they had a singing church just above me, I had to leave the place and went to another place.

Is a budget hotel

Lots of construction going on. So noisy. Access to rooms blocked sometimes. I expected buffet breakfast but it was basically yam or pasta, stew and cereal with coffee or tea. Initially planned to extend my stay but had to move to another hotel. My bathroom was not that clean and a better skilled workmanship needed in conducting repairs especially inside the rooms like wallpapers not placed nicely or bath tiles fillings looking rough. 1 brown newspapers coloured tissue paper and 1 bottle of water per day in your room. Is really a budget hotel. On the other hand staffs were very friendly and do acknowledge guests presence with good location.

Overall an excellent bargain there. So not upscale, but you get your money worth. It is very loud, though, especially if you are by the pool. You get pool noise, and noise from the church that is held there. Breakfast is only for one, but Hotels.com does not tell you that. Wifi not so good. Good location to get taxi, especially for Uber. Nothing close by to eat, though
