Exclusive vacation villa with sea view and heated pool

The house has three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The fully equipped country-style kitchen has high-quality kitchen appliances. Adjacent is the spacious living-dining area with a fireplace. The equipment also includes two satellite TVs, a modern hi-fi system and a telephone and internet connection.

Large patio doors lead to the covered terrace and to the large swimming pool (10 x 5m), which can be used all year round due to the existing pool heating.

A staircase leads from the elegant entrance area to the master bedroom on the first floor. There is a large roof terrace here. From there you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the bay of Lagos.

The beautifully landscaped garden is surrounded by a hedge.

A special highlight is the spacious Finnish sauna in a separate wooden house in the garden (usable i. R. from November to April or by special arrangement).

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa for two weeks. The villa was spotlessly clean and the pictures of the view into Lagos really don’t do it justice. The good sized pool is surrounded by a well manicured gardens and with two bedrooms on the ground floor and one big bedroom upstairs. We loved how bright and airy it was in villa and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Very well equipped and any problems quickly resolved by the rather wonderful Elka. You really need a car for your stay and the road down to town has initially no pavements. The upstairs balcony was amazing with beautiful views and the Villa was very clean and tidy. The beds were so comfortable. Absolutely an amazing Villa.

Have just stayed a week with family and had a wonderful time. The villa is very modern, with large heated pool, lovely garden, and great views of Lagos from the balcony. Super support during the week from Elke for some minor queries we had. Very clean and had everything we needed. Nice gesture from Sigrid with wine on arrival. Would highly recommend

The property was just as described on VRBO. Very clean and all appliances and amenities were functioning well. The location was fine, only 5 minutes or so from grocery stores and the main areas of Lagos and the beaches. There are an abundance of restaurants and we had only great dinners and lunches. We traveled from Sagres to Tavira and were never more than 75 minutes by car from Lagos. All in all there was something for all ages and a great time.

We had a wonderful week at Casa Danina and this villa ticked all the boxes for us, perfect in every way and we will certainly return. Location - it's in a quiet spot on the edge of Lagos, very private, not overlooked, and just a $7 Uber ride into town. Good views from the upstairs patio area. Villa Quality - perfect, everything was to a very high specification. Electric shutters, been to cup coffee machine, Weber BBQs (gas and charcoal), well equipped kitchen, great air-conditioning throughout, reliable wi-fi etc, etc Pool - a particular highlight, ultra clean, deep and very effective pool heating, not that you'll need it in summer, but very useful in the colder months. Photo don't do it justice, this really is a lovely place to stay. I would only wish to change one thing, the beds were very comfortable, but would have liked nicer quality bed linen :-)

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Ausstattung der Küche, die guten Betten und das nagelneue Sofa sowie die neuen Bäder. Außerdem tat die Fußbodenheizung auch in diesem Jahr (Februar) wieder gut!Die Präsentation der Villa ist sehr gelungen und zeigt alle Schönheiten derselben!Der Kontakt zur Verwalterin und zur Eigentümerin des Hauses ist hervorragend, wobei Fragen sofort beantwortet werden.Wir haben uns auch in diesem Jahr wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist sehr schön, äußerst gepflegt und sauber und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten eines ganz besonderen Ferienhauses! Besonders angenehm und hervorzuheben ist die Fußbodenheizung im ganzen Haus (im Februar gibt es nichts besseres!) sowie die stilvolle Einrichtung in hoher Qualität. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Die Lage: Ruhig, Blick auf die Algarve-Küste und Platz im Garten und im Vor-Garten. Der Eingangsbereich mit großer Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist großzügig und geschmackvoll und belohnt mit einem Blick von der Galerie auf die Algarve Küste. Die Aufteilung ist für zB eine Familie genial - zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem neuen Bad im Erdgeschoss und ein Schlafzimmer mit neuem Bad im Obergeschoss. Alle Schlafzimmer um Bäder sind sehr hochwertig eingerichtet (Whirlpool-Wanne, Regenduschen, hochwertige Einrichtung) und mit exzellenten Betten (inkl. Matratzen!!) ausgestattet --> wir legen sehr viel Wert auf gute Betten und diese waren außerordentlich gut! ....und Stauraum ohne Ende inkl. Kleiderbügel..... Wohnzimmer / Essbereich mit Küche und Terrasse mit viel Platz und 1a Einrichtung - Jura Maschine, Induktionsherd, Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelmaschine, erstklassige Küchengeräte und -ausstattung. Da fehlte nix.....es war einfach alles da auf einem Niveau und einer Sauberkeit - bisher so noch nicht erlebt. Dank der Fliegengitter waren offene Fenster kein Thema. ... und der Pool - groß, tief werdend und .....warm..... das, was man sich wünscht nach einem Sightseeing- oder Golf-Tag - einfach einen warmen, sauberen, großen Pool zu haben. Durch die elektrische Poolabdeckung auch sicher und energiesparend. Empfang und Hausführung durch die Betreuung vor Ort sehr freundlich und sehr gut, erreichbar sowie pünktlich und die Kommunikation etc. mit den Vermietern sehr freundlich und schnell. Nähe zu Palmares Golf, Lagos City und Meia Praia einfach toll! Kurzum: Ein Traum-Haus für einen Urlaub an der Algarve für alle, die Ruhe, Komfort und die Möglichkeiten einer solchen Villa genießen möchten. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen, wenn die Villa noch frei gewesen wäre im nächsten Jahr.
