"Since the moment we checked in we were welcomed by Promise Samuel who is always so welcoming. We actually came to Continental Hotel because Promise works there. We followed him from a previous hotel and decided to stay at continental because he is friendly, efficient, and just a pleasure. The hotel staff were also all friendly. Everyone is welcoming and always there to help you with anything that you may need. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and I appreciate the variety of food options that are provided. "The wheat baker staff are incredible, professional to a hilt and warm and friendly. I arrived in shock to realise that the swimming pool and gym were under reconstruction and the view from my executive suite was an active construction site. The Manager and front desk staff patiently explained that Expedia was aware and it was on their direct site.
