Great value for money! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. It’s a simple place, but it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I got good discount for staying over a week which I was glad about. One very important part-there is always electricity. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good value for the price. Property is secure. The restaurant is very good. On the bad side, A/C was turned off and times during the day and the water in my room didn't get hot. Overall, I will stay again.

I liked the facts that the rooms were well arranged and of standard quality. However the air conditioning cuts off early in the morning and there was no fan in the room to circulate air. Their food and drink costs are also excessive.

The Pros Accessibility to the Airport - 100% Front desk/Customer Service - 100% (Give Godwin a raise please) Really impressive facility and well designed interior and exterior - %100 Front desk sit out area where the TV is situated felt like an alternate living room for me The shower and bathroom faucets are 'futuristic' and very nice but need maintenance every now and then, they might fall apart quickly if not maintained. Pickup/drop off was swift and the easiest I have ever experienced Power supply and WIFI were really good too, AC works superbly. The Cons The non smoking in the building needs to be enforced to prevent visitors from getting a smell of smoking in the hallways and stairs so you don't feel like you're in a cheap and rundown hotel. The food and drink menu needs to be COMPLETELY scrapped, reviewed and actually publish what they have, and not deceive me into seeing 'Oreos vanilla milkshake' or 'Spaghetti Bolgnaise' when absolutely no one knows when last it was made. Food choices were quite limited considering the huge variety on the menu. Complimentary breakfast needs to be explained to staff, so they understand that people book these hotels for the little perks. Management needs to review what they deem complimentary breakfast, and not make it like its prison food, and you have no choice. Wasn't impressed at all. I was almost talked into not having one, because it had 'finished' before I got down, and manager had not provided bread and egg, until I pleaded

Very Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend We booked two rooms for the night of 21 October 2026, with an evening arrival. Upon arrival, reception initially advised us that we had a booking for one room. After further discussion with the agent, it was confirmed that our reservation was for two rooms. Unfortunately, the reality was that the property had no rooms available to properly honour our booking. Eventually, two rooms were provided, but both were extremely filthy and had unpleasant smells. Our experience throughout the night was terrible, and the condition of the rooms was simply unacceptable. We had booked this property again based on our previous experience, but this latest stay has completely changed our perception. Between the confusion over our reservation, the failure to properly accommodate our booking, and the appalling condition of the rooms, we were thoroughly disappointed. Sadly, we will not be returning. Guests deserve clean, comfortable accommodation and a booking process they can rely on. This experience fell well short of those basic expectations.
