Open your eyes in the morning to the blues of the ocean while listening to the morning birds. Recharge your batteries and destress in this gorgeous, newly renovated 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with sea views from EVERY room & the pool as well. Every guest can see the ocean from their bedroom!

Three bedrooms connect directly to two different balconies—all where you can enjoy the shifting blues of the ocean. The house comfortably sleeps 10 and 4 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

Casa Salama (meaning Peaceful Home in Arabic) was completely renovated in 2023. We have infused the Moorish history of the region with the original Portuguese farmhouse feel. You’ll find Portuguese tiles and Moroccan arches, furnished with a mix of Moroccan, Portuguese and international décor. We have thought of every detail to make this home as comfortable as possible for you.

We have renovated this to be our permanent home in a few years but while we can’t be there, we hope you enjoy the peaceful space and treat it as you would your own!

The house is equipped with sheets, blankets, toilet paper, soap, starter shampoo, bath and pool towels, and some basics when you arrive (coffee, juice, olive oil, salt). There is one hair dryer and one flat iron in the house.

The open and roomy kitchen is brand new as of June 2023, which opens to a stylish living room on one side and the dining room on the other. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and has an oven, induction stove top, fridge, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, immersion blender for soups, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Your family and friends will have plenty of space to eat and lounge with a table that seats 8-10. In addition to the balconies, you can also enjoy the patio and dine outdoors while overlooking the pool.

There is high speed, fiberoptic internet and AC/heating in every bedroom and living room.

Bed sizes: 3 queen, 1 king and 2 twin (there is an extra twin mattress in the children's room as well if you need to fit one more in!) There is also a full size air mattress in one closet.

We provide a house manual with all sorts of recommendations on yummy places to eat (gluten free or vegetarian? We got you covered as well), which restaurants have the best views, our favorite beaches and even where to get your nails done or play golf!

Note: There is a downstairs basement apartment that is rented separately from the house. If you need more space it’s a 1 bedroom that sleeps 4- one queen and 1 bunk bed and can be rented additionally. The apartment has a private entrance and patio. Apartment renters are not allowed access to the pool. You may hear some noise between units and also street noise. The pool has a privacy screen so it is not in direct view of the apartment.
