"Excellent hotel in a great location in one of the most beautiful locations in CA. Amenities were a plus; heated pool and hot tub, easy access to Heisler park and downtown Laguna. Upper rooms have a view of the ocean. Breakfast was great. Will come back again. "

"A terrible experience. Expedia and the hotel both charged me for a one night stay. I contacted the hotel when I returned home to let them know that we were double charged and they blew me off and told me to contact Expedia. I called Expedia and they called the hotel when I was on hold. The representative came back and said the hotel will be refunding us. They never refunded us and when I directly contacted the hotel again, they refused to refund me. One night stay and 2 hours of trying to figure this out. Expedia and this hotel are terrible."

More family friendly than expected based on the reviews but wasn't an issue for me and my wife even though it may have been if a couple wanted a more adult heavy enviroment. Pool and pool service was top notch. Views you can't beat. "
