"Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down...

"This 2 bdr/2 bath beach house was perfectly situated. It was a few minutes walk to the beach and even less to groceries and restaurants. Our family of five appreciated the amenities like beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs. And it’s only a 25 minute drive to Disneyland."

Parking in garage or driveway is too tight for truck or van; street parking is metered unless you go further up the hill and get lucky. Laundry requires $3.50/load of quarters, no change machine. Apartment nice and bright."

"This was the first time I used VRBO and couldn’t be happier with our stay. This location was close to everything near Dana Point, very quiet neighborhood and super clean place. I booked this stay with my sisters and we felt right at home. Nancy answered questions promptly, we didn’t have many, everything was neatly placed in a binder near the kitchen, great reference and it provided area maps with ideas on restaurants and shopping. Thank you for the wonderful stay."

"Overall a great vacation rental within walking distance to Disney. The place could use a good scrub as the walls, doors,light switches were all pretty dirty. Non of the drains drained properly. All nessesities there. Could see fireworks from outside. Pull oit couch would be nice."

"The property was conveniently located minutes from a wonderful French bistro and North Beach. There were numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The home was as shared on the website; the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! As a side note, our guests could comfortably climb the stairs to the home's front entrance; however, it could be challenging for the elderly, young children, and people with physical limitations."
