"Parking easy. Well lighted next to rooms, but not at fences or periphery. The grounds need more consistent upkeep--picking up debris, small trash (especially cigarette butts) especially on stairs. AC units are noisy. I imagine maintenance of over 50 units is difficult in a highly humid environment, so I don't complain while on site. Rooms are clean, bathroom/shower in good condition. But crickets began to appear somewhat later in my stay. The staff is great, always helpful and easy to work with. Lastly I would recommend a better wifi system. It seemed I had to renew login daily, both phone and laptop, over a several day stay. Again no complaints during my stay, I imagine how difficult it would be to keep wifi traffic under control."

"We were in town for a soccer tournament and needed a place that would accommodate 3 adults and 1 child and this was perfect. It was quiet and spacious and the kitchen was well appointed. Our only note - as stated in the description - was that the neighborhood is still evolving. There were some loose dogs so I didn't feel totally comfortable going for my morning walk. But the house itself was a delight. "
