"Intenet connection was spotty"

"From day one our tub was already clogged. The room is not clean, breakfast is not that bad but juice dispenser is not working also no water available you have to buy bottled water for $5. No microwave in the room, you have to go to the front desk to warm up your food( only one microwave for all the guests."

"The overall stay was decent. We loved our room despite, our balcony ocean view not being that good we had a huge building roof blocking our view. The outdoor jacuzzi floor looked pretty dirty could use a cleaning. Also, the restaurants were all booked but when we were able to sit at the bar the waiter was not that nice and hardly offered us any of the vday specials as he did the guest next to us. Overall rate 3/5. "

"We had a great time! we had a great view of the ocean and pool. The pool was warm, and hot tub was spacious. Convenient location across from the beach, restaurants and shopping. "

"1. Tv remote control didn’t work. 2. Tub was clogged. 3. Lamp didn’t work by room, we had to use light by table so room was dark. 4. We call front desk and house keeping for 2 hours for clean towels they never answer so it made us 3 hrs late for our trip. 5. They would take thrash out of room while we were gone but never leave towels we would have to go and ask at front desk. 6. Out of the 5 elevators only 3 work so it would take a while to use them"
