You can't find a better place to stay in the area for the price. The rooms are all new, fresh and super clean. The whole staff is awesome! You can always find someone at the front desk, and they are all pleasant to work with. The maids and maintenance people are quick when you need anything. We stay here A LOT and are happy to book with them every time.

It was great! Staff was great! Food was great! Super satisfied! Except for one thing, the pool made pur skin turn patchy red and very itchy. We got out immediately.

Wonderful clean, cozy, safe, and great location in Laguna Beach! Walk to beach and town!
Nothing fancy just comfortable sweet hotel with great guests. I’d highly recommend staying here for a warm laid back experience. I was traveling solo as an older woman and loved it!

This is second time staying at this hotel. The room is always clean, I love the kitchen island and the couch separately from the bed area, without paying for expensive suit. The staff are very friendly. The parking is convenient. I will be going back again soon.

This is a very nice Embassy Suites. Very clean inside. Comfortable rooms. Outside was a little dirty, trash around small outside patio area (on way to parking garage).
Breakfast was outstanding as usual.
We were told at check in we could split the bill on check out since I was traveling with a friend. Unfortunately the staff working the front desk at check out did not know how to do it and were not too helpful.
Other than that it was a great stay.

Great overall stay. Rooms were very nice and clean, great shower pressure, and definitely would stay here again. Only con or con if you want to call it that is the hotel is located right next to the freeway, so constant road noise but nothing we couldn’t fall asleep to. 5/5 in my book, you’ll enjoy your stay here for the rates and experience.
