De nada sirve reservar con tiempo si llegas y te dicen QUE NO HAY HABITACIONES DISPONIBLES! el tipo que atiende Colombiano muy grosero se lava las manos diciendo que tiene todo lleno a pesar de que le dices tienes reservación. "It was a very late arrival/check-in. Reception was very professional, personable and efficient. I don’t think it took more than 4 minutes from entering the hotel to arriving to my room. The room was a nice surprise… a big upgrade from what I had booked. I’m a regular client at this hotel as it’s very convenient and reliable for when I have early morning departures or late night arrivals to/from the airport. I’ll definitely be back!"
