Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben mit Erstaunen und Verärgerung beim Einchecken hören müssen, daß das Schwimmbad geschlossen ist. Die war unser wichtigstes Kriterium und von uns vor der Buchung angesprochen worden. Beim Einchecken meinte die Angestellte, im Bestätigungsschreiben wäre das Schliessen des Bades bemerkt. Dies können wir leider nicht feststellen. Nach Rücksprache mit unserem Rechtsanwalt fordern wir sie auf, uns diesen Hinweis zu belegen. Mit erwartungsvollen Grüßen R. Eisele

Apartment exactly as shown in photos. Kitchenette slightly small but ok so long as one isn't preparing a big meal. Tower blocks look a little prison like but this shouldn't put one off. Lobby and lift private and clean. Only downside was that on site restaurant closed and we were not told of this beforehand, but alternative just off site was perfectly good. Wifi present and many TV channels but virtually nore in English. Good value for money with on site pool.
