"Great location - super close to the Grande Plage, the city center and some little supermarkets and restaurants. If you are planning on working remotely, the basic access to wifi is more than enough. The studio I stayed in was very comfortable and spacious, but the insulation within the building is not the best and I could hear people in the flat above. This was the only negative point. I would definitely come back ! "

"The house was quaint and okay for the 4 of us but there was a smell downstairs which was unfortunate. The place is generally great and the pool top. Shame the restaurant was closed (would have like a clear notice of this before as there is only 1 other restaurant really close by). "Worst experience ever. Place was completely dirty and disgusting. Spiders and bugs everywhere inside. Spiderwebs, dust and uncleaned conditions. Totally not Corona-proof. Booked two nights but left immediately after the first night. They refused a refund while they did not keep their property clean and safe. Stay away!!!"

"Excellent location, cant comment on service as reception barely open. But we didn't need anything anyway. Stay was out of season visiting family, so pool etc closed. Looked very nice though. If in summer I may be concerned with lack of aircon. Walking distance to local beach with restaurants and a lovely friendly artisan bakery. Area is good to stay to explore surrounding areas such as hendaye, sare, Biarritz, st jean and northern Spain."

"Very strange to find a newly built hotel with NO AIR CONDITIONING! The receptionist kindly lent us a fan which helped a little. There was no extractor fan in the toilet either, which meant it smelled pretty bad. The location is fantastic and the views of the sea are stunning. At the end of our stay, we were expected to clean the apartment, strip the beds and remove all rubbish. Not a major problem but we weren’t expecting this."
