Rude hotel staff, ac’s dont work. The power goes out for more then 10 minutes at a time, multiple times, luggage boy questioning wether my wife and i had a booking, what our room number was, and other unnecessary questions that did not concern anyone. Although I booked the room for 2 people, we had only towles for one guest. Had to request a second set. The bathroom wasn't in a good condition. Breakfast was under average quality. Parking space was not sufficient.

Reasonably good hotel because of its location

It was somewhat satisfactory experience as hotel location was close to my place of assignment. Hiwever, price comparative to hotel facilities was higher. Food quality was not upto the mark. Staff is courteous and friendly.

Poor quality hotel with fire safety issues

Situated on the corner or a busy / noisy junction , tired is a polite way of describing the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful but cannot make up for the material problems encountered. There are 20cm gaps at the edge of the rooms leading to the floor above and below. This means conversations are clearly heard , but also cigarette smoke from rooms below bellows into your room. If there was a fire in this hotel it would be lethal. Overall condition not the rooms was ok BUT net curtains were filthy as was the window glass. There was also a lack of any hot water between 7 and 8.30 am ! Please stay elsewhere !
