Worst experience ever, the rooms were so dirty. I went to reception to ask for a change the staff changed the room, but it was similar to before. When I asked for any better one they said the hotel is overbooked. When I booked another hotel and almost left the hotel then they said, “ I’ll give you a nice and clean room please stay. Until then, I already booked another hotel and paid for it.

Visiting from the United States, I was blown away by the hospitality of the hotel staff and overall quality of service at Pearl Continental Lahore. I highly highly recommend for any one visiting Lahore to stay at the PC. From world class artwork from Sadequine to high quality restaurants, I found everything there. The hotel has correctly represented Pakistan through hospitality and quality.

Breakfast was also average, and the staff appeared quite tired or perhaps overburdened. Guests often had to ask multiple times for simple requests such as tea, which affected the overall dining experience
