"The staff were brilliant although he kept telling us and everyone else he was the only one in running the hotel and the bar. Our room was freezing cold and it felt like the heating had not been on in days, The main external wall was really wet and damp, this would have not been an issue had the heating been used. There were no instructions on how to heat up the room so we used google. Once the room heated up it was fine and no issue, also the following morning the damp had then dried up. "

"The staff were wonderful for our stay in Gairloch. We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and our room was very comfortable. Being there at the end of the season had its limitations and the hotel is in need of some basic repairs. "

"The view was truly outstanding- the room really comfortable and food delicious. The No coffee or marmalade at breakfast and no water in basin bath or loo in the morning which I’m sure they were trying to fix. "
