Grosszügige Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen mit schöner Aussicht aufs Meer

Am Rande von Laigueglia erhöht gelegene, ruhige FeWo für bis zu 4 Personen dank grosszügiger Ausstattung, einem Wohn-/Esszimmer mit grosser Küche, einem grossem Kühlschrank mit separatem Tiefkühlteil, 2 vollwertigen Schlaf- (mit A/C) und Badezimmern, sowie einer grossen Terrasse. Treppe mit ca. 200 Stufen führt direkt zum Strand mit mehreren kostenpflichtigen und einem öffentlichen Standabschnitt. Zugang zum Haus per Auto möglich, allerdings in schlechtem Zustand. Alternative Parkplätze im Dorf unten vorhanden. Familiäre Stimmung dank herzlichen Gastgeberinnen.

Un incantevole terrazzo sulla Liguria, vacanza di ripetere! Grazie!!!

Appartamento curato, pulito, ordinato. Non potevo chiedere di meglio: lavatrice, microonde, phon, forno e lavastoviglie funzionali e ben funzionanti, rendono sicuramente molto comodo il soggiorno. Detersivi e beni di prima necessità forniti come ottimo "starter pack". Presente anche l'aspirapolvere. Arredamento semplice e funzionale, curato: sembra la propria casa al mare! Bel terrazzo vista mare (di notte di sente solo il rumore della risacca del mare❤️) con tavolo e sedie e tendone che permette di mangiare fuori sempre, con una piacevole arietta. All'alba si vede sole che sorge... Stabilimenti balneari vicini, anche la spiaggia libera che è comunque ordinata e ben pulita. Laigueglia è un borgo piccolo e caratteristico, molto piacevole. Per raggiungere l'appartemento occorre percorrere una strada piuttosto ripida, stretta e scomoda, ma una volta arrivati il parcheggio privato, recintato e molto tranquillo è impagabile, soprattutto da queste parti... Per muoversi da casa occorre percorrere o la strada di cui sopra oppure le scale per arrivare al mare (alla fine delle scale c'è un comodo sottopasso pedonale che permette di arrivare direttamente in spiaggia, molto furbo). La stazione del treno è vicina e rappresenta un'ottima occasione per spostarsi senza temere di dover passare tanto tempo alla ricerca di parcheggi che in agosto in Liguria sono sempre un po' rari e/o costosi. La proprietà dell'appartamento è impagabile, cortese, attenta, mai invadente ma disponibile per tutto

Tolles Haus, super Umgebung

Das Haus war mit allem eingerichtet was man so braucht, Backofen, Gasherd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine. Allerdings beschränkte sich die Kaffeemaschine auf eine Mokkakanne. Wer hier seinen Filterkaffee trinken möchte, sollte sich Filtertüten und seine Maschine oder so einen Aufsatz und Isolierkanne selber mitbringen. Die Terrasse ist mit Tisch und 8 Stühlen und einer Sonnenliege ausgestattet. Von hier hat man echt einen unverbautem Ausblick auf das offene Meer und den Ort. Das Haus steht etwas Abseits vom Trubel aber liegt dennoch sehr zentral. Vermieterin und die Familie sind alle sehr nett!!! Der Ort Laigueglia bietet viele kleine Geschäfte, kleine Lebensmittel Läden für den täglichen Bedarf und eine Bäckerei. Zudem viele kleine Bars und Restaurants wo man wirklich günstig Essen kann. Zum Bus oder Bahn läuft man nur 5 Minuten. Die Verbindungen sind sehr gut und man hat im Grunde alle 30 Minuten die Möglichkeit die recht günstigen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen um in die großen Orte zu fahren. Wir haben unser Auto vor Ort nicht mehr genutzt und auf dem Hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen lassen. Das Haus ist nicht für Gehbehinderte geeignet. Man erreicht es über eine recht steile (geschätzt 25 Grad Steigung) Privatstraße oder über eine Treppe mit 194 Stufen. Jene Stufen führen auch direkt zum Meer. Einfach fantastisch. Eine klare Empfehlung von mir!!!!!

Super Ferienwohnung für einen Strandurlaub

Wir hatten zwölf sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und insbesondere auf dem Balkon konnte man herrlich sitzen und das Meer beobachten. Die Temperaturen in der Wohnung waren so angenehm, dass wir Anfang Juli die vorhandene Klimaanlage gar nicht benötigten. Die Anfahrt zur Ferienwohnung geht durch eine etwas enge Privatstraße, das klappte mit etwas Rangieren aber auch mit unserem Kombi. Während des Aufenthaltes haben wir dann aber viel zu Fuß und mit dem Bus unternommen. Zum Strand geht eine Treppe mit ca. 200 Stufen herunter, Dort ist man dann direkt an der Promenade mit einer Vielzahl an Strandbädern. Danke an Anna unsere sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns bei Fragen immer gerne geholfen hat.

Amazing

We spent a week here and we had a fantastic time. The apartment is very comfortable: roomy, spotlessy clean, finely furnished and well equipped. It has a big terrace with a gorgeous view on the sea. The owner is super friendly and approachable and a pleasure to deal with. The nearby village of Laigueglia is magnificent: there are beautiful decorated houses, an impressive baroque church, picturesque little alleys, fashionable and typical shops, delicious food, sandy beaches … all that we yearned for on holiday at the seaside. We’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Soggiorno a Laigueglia

Tutto molto bello, appartamento spazioso con ampio terrazzo vista mare, c'è qualche gradino da fare per raggiungere la spiaggia, ma va bene, molto comodo anche il sottopassaggio diretto al mare.

Panorama fantastico

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento una settimana e ci siamo trovate benissimo....dalla villa il panorama è fantastico....appartamento molto pulito e ben arredato ogni singolo dettaglio è curato....la proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile....sicuramente è una casa che consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono far colazione ammirando il mare....

Delizioso appartamento super panoramico

Bellissimo appartamento recentemente ristrutturato con gusto. Ha un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, due camere, due bagni e un ampio terrazzo. Posizionato nella primissima collina, pertanto vista sul mare eccezionale e più fresco di notte, a fine giugno si dormiva benissimo. Per le stagioni più calde comunque c’è anche l’aria condizionata. Mare raggiungibile oltre che tramite una strada carrabile anche con una strada “direttissima” di gradini. Raggiungibili in dieci minuti a piedi anche il centro di Laigueglia e tutti i negozi. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, la proprietaria Anna gentilissima è disponibile in tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.
