Situated near Lajen (Laion) on the slopes of a picturesque valley, the apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom with a double bed and two single beds as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The apartment also has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. The property is especially family-friendly, with a cot and highchair available on request, as well as toys and books for children. The apartment’s energy is provided by green sources and also produces its own herbs and vegetables. Outside, there is a balcony and a shared garden with garden furniture. There is a possibility to use a barbecue upon request. Bakeries and supermarkets can be found in the nearby village of Lajen, which is 5 minutes (2km) drive away. The nearest ski lifts can be found in Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei), which is just 20 minutes (12km) by car, where access to a variety of ski areas is available.
