"Très bel appartement, il y fait frais. Le lit, le canapé sont très confortables. Il nous a manquer 2 grands Mugs pour petit-déjeuner sinon la cuisine est très fonctionnelle. Les infusions et les dosettes de café nous ont agréablement été fournis. Cependant, il est dommage de ne pas avoir de place pour se garer tout près de l'appartement, ce qui complique le déchargement et le chargement de la voiture. "

"The accommodation is ideally situated to explore Espalion on foot, and the rest of this beautiful area by car. Parking is simple at the front of the property. Our only slight grumble would be the shortage of pots and pans for cooking."

Lovely attentive staff but need more staff on site. Dining area needs updating. Overall good value for money. Hotel has huge potential to become 5* with investment."

"The twin bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean. The room carpets dirty with crumbs. The young woman who checked us in was lovely. The woman who checked us out was not friendly, not busy and still unfriendly. We seemed to be the only guests at hotel but they put us in a room with zero views of anything but a grey wall. "
